Invoices
All invoices at a glance: as grid or list with real-time status filters (Draft, Open, Paid, Partially Paid, Cancelled, Unpaid). Tap an invoice for the full PDF preview. Edit master data, line items with rich-text description, quantity and unit price. Send finished invoices directly via email with pre-filled subject and message. All without a desktop.
Supplier bills
Capture and manage supplier bills: with grid and list views, status filters (Draft, Open, Paid, Overdue) and due date display. Open a bill to see line items with amounts and tax categories, or switch to the attachments tab for linked PDFs. Edit master data like supplier, title, booking and due date with quick selection (21/30/60 days), currency and internal contact. Line items can be edited with net/gross toggle, duplicated or deleted.
Contacts
All contacts as a list or grid, with search. Tap a detail to call, email or open the address in maps. Create and edit contacts, straight from an invoice or supplier bill.
Articles
Your product and service catalog. Search, view, create and edit articles with sale price, unit and tax rate. Use them directly as invoice line items.
Inbox
Your Bexio inbox on the go. All files as grid or list, filterable by Active, Archive or All. Select multiple files at once to archive, delete or share them. Open PDFs directly in the built-in preview or view images in full resolution. Rename files right in the app, with file extension display and select-all function. Upload new files directly from your phone or camera.
Scan
Scan receipts and documents straight from the camera or gallery, auto-crop and straighten them, and file them as a PDF in your inbox.
Settings
Customise the app to your needs: choose a language, manage cached data and activate push notifications. Get notified instantly when an invoice is paid, an invoice is overdue or new files arrive in your inbox. More notification types coming over time.
