No. Vexlo is an independent product by devs group GmbH and is not affiliated with Bexio AG. The app connects to your existing Bexio account through the official Bexio API, just like other certified integrations.

No, Vexlo is completely free, including free AI credits for every organisation. In later versions, additional credits can be purchased on request via the usual in-app purchases; there is no obligation to do so.
AI requests are processed exclusively by models hosted by Infomaniak in Swiss data centers. Your data stays in Switzerland, is never used to train models and is never shared with third parties. AI also has to be actively enabled by an admin of your organisation.
No, never. Sign-in uses OAuth directly with Bexio: you enter your password only at Bexio itself, and Vexlo receives just an access token that you can revoke at any time.
On iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). A macOS release is planned for the future and will then most likely also be usable on iPad. Your account works on all devices at the same time.
Yes. All locally cacheable data, including invoices, supplier bills, contacts, articles, employees and files, is cached on the device and remains viewable without an internet connection. Changes need a connection and are then saved directly to Bexio.
Yes. Demo mode shows the whole app with sample data: invoices, supplier bills, contacts, articles and files. No account, no login required.
As little as possible. Your business data stays with Bexio and on your device. Our servers only store what is needed for push notifications and AI credit management. Details are in the privacy policy.
Directly in the app under Settings. This removes all Vexlo-side data of your organisation; your Bexio account is not touched. More details on the Delete account page.
