Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the app "Vexlo" (hereinafter "App"), operated by devs group, Switzerland (hereinafter "Provider"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

This app is not an official product of Bexio AG. The App is developed and operated independently by devs group. There is no business partnership, affiliation or endorsement by Bexio AG. "Bexio" is a registered trademark of Bexio AG.

The use of this App is entirely voluntary. It provides an alternative way to access your existing Bexio account on mobile. There is no obligation to use this App. For official access to Bexio, please use the official Bexio website or their official applications.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty. The Provider makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the App.

Features include, but are not limited to:

• Creating, editing and sending invoices
• Managing supplier bills
• Viewing, uploading and managing files in the inbox
• Push notifications for status changes

The range of features may be changed, restricted or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

The App is provided free of charge. No fees are charged by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future. Existing free features will remain unaffected.

Use of the App requires a valid Bexio account, which you maintain independently with Bexio AG. Authentication is exclusively via the standardised OAuth PKCE method directly with Bexio. The Provider has no access to your Bexio password at any time.

You can revoke access at any time (see section 9). Responsibility for the security of your Bexio account lies solely with you.

The Provider does not guarantee any specific availability. The App is entirely dependent on the accessibility and functionality of the Bexio API, over which the Provider has no control. Changes to the Bexio API may lead to functional limitations or outages of the App at any time.

The offline function displays locally cached data without any guarantee of timeliness or completeness.

Use of the App is at your own risk. The Provider excludes all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes in particular:

• Data loss of any kind
• Incorrect, incomplete or outdated data display
• Failures, changes or discontinuation of the Bexio API
• Missing, delayed or incorrect push notifications
• Indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits
• Damages from unauthorised access to your device
• Damages from interaction with the Bexio API (e.g. incorrect invoices, unintended sending)
• Compatibility issues after updates to the operating system or the Bexio API

For damages arising from the use of the official Bexio API, Bexio AG is solely responsible. In case of intent or gross negligence by the Provider, mandatory legal provisions apply.

You are solely responsible for all actions performed through the App in your Bexio account (e.g. creating, editing, sending or deleting invoices and files).

You can stop using the App at any time and without giving reasons:

• Uninstall the App. All locally stored data will be deleted immediately
• Revoke OAuth access in your Bexio account under "Connected Apps"

Accounts that have not connected to the App for more than 90 days will be automatically and completely deleted from the server. A new sign-in is possible at any time afterwards.

The Provider may discontinue access to the App or individual features at any time without prior notice.

The Provider assumes no warranty for the accuracy of data displayed through the App. The App displays data provided by the Bexio API. Responsibility for the accuracy of this data lies solely with Bexio AG or the respective account holder.

The Provider may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified within the App.

The app offers optional AI-assisted features (for example filename suggestions and reading of receipts). These features are disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by an administrator of the Bexio account.

AI results are non-binding. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They do not replace professional, tax, accounting or legal advice. You are obliged to review every result before using it. The provider gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI results and is not liable for decisions made on their basis.

Processing in Switzerland. AI processing is carried out via the Swiss provider Infomaniak and runs on its infrastructure in Switzerland. According to Infomaniak, the transmitted data remains in Switzerland and is not used to train models. The provider deliberately selects Infomaniak for this Swiss data sovereignty but has no influence over and accepts no responsibility for Infomaniak's actual data processing. The terms and privacy policy of Infomaniak apply in addition (see Infomaniak data protection).

Credits and purchases. Using AI features consumes credits that apply to and are shared across the whole organisation. Any paid credit packs, where available, are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play; their purchase, billing and refund terms apply in addition (see Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms).

Availability. The provider may change, limit or discontinue the AI features, individual models or usage limits at any time. There is no entitlement to availability.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider in Switzerland.
