How do I retrieve payslips on mobile?
In Vexlo you open the Employees section, select the person and see their details including payslips. From there you export the payslip as PDF, to view, forward or archive. Inactive employees remain findable too, in case you need an older payslip.
How do I share a payslip securely?
You share the PDF via your device's share function, for example encrypted by email or through a channel your company already uses. Important: payslips are personal data. Only share them with the person concerned and only through channels that comply with your internal data protection rules.
What do I need to watch out for with payroll data on my phone?
Three simple rules:
- Enable the app lock. Protect Vexlo with Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint, so no one can see payroll data on an unattended device.
- Only keep the PDFs you need. Delete exported files you no longer need.
- Respect permissions. Vexlo inherits the rights from Bexio. Anyone who has no access to payroll there won't see it on mobile either.
